From September 5 to September 7, 2024, WEIZIDOM successfully participated in the EXPO NACIONAL FERRETERA exhibition held in Guadalajara, Mexico. This is the third time WEIZIDOM has participated in this industry event in Mexico. As a company focusing on fluid control and project solutions, WEIZIDOM achieved great success during the exhibition, attracting the attention of a large number of customers and further consolidating our brand influence in the North American market.

This three-day exhibition brings together industry leaders in hardware tools, valves, pipe fittings and other fields from all over the world. WEIZIDOM's booth was eye-catching at the exhibition, not only displaying our main products, but also demonstrating our strength in product research and development, manufacturing and project implementation. We fully demonstrated our product advantages and corporate strength to visiting customers through exquisite product brochures and dynamic PPT demonstrations.

During the three days of the exhibition, nearly 120 professional buyers visited our booth and reached contract intentions with 10 companies, amounting to US$400,000.

The atmosphere at the exhibition was extremely warm, not only attracting the attention of many new customers, but also some old customers of WEIZIDOM who made a special trip. Old customers have affirmed the results of our cooperation over the years and expressed support for our efforts to continue to expand the Mexican market. At the same time, a large number of new customers not only show great interest in our products, but are also willing to establish cooperative relationships with WEIZIDOM.

High attention from new customers

The exhibition attracted a large number of new customers. Many customers wanted to learn about the company's products and establish cooperative relationships, especially the company's soft-sealing American standard gate valves, carbon steel pipe fittings, flanges, butterfly valves and fire-fighting butterfly valve pipe fittings, signaling water meters and flanges. The water meter is of great interest. WEIZIDOM products have been widely praised by customers for their excellent performance, durability and wide range of applications. During the exhibition, many new customers expressed their strong willingness for further cooperation after listening to the detailed introduction by our staff.

Through detailed product introductions, WEIZIDOM staff demonstrated our successful application cases in multiple projects around the world, highlighting the company's technical capabilities and rich experience in solving complex engineering needs. After new customers learned about the advantages of our products, the production capacity of the factory and the quality assurance of our products, they highly appreciated our professionalism and strength.

Product display and technical exchange

This exhibition is not only a stage for WEIZIDOM to display products, but also provides an opportunity for us to conduct technical exchanges with other companies and customers in the industry. Through in-depth communication with customers and peers, WEIZIDOM not only further understands the latest needs of the Mexican market, but is also able to optimize product performance and service models based on customer feedback.

During the exhibition, WEIZIDOM's technical team conducted in-depth technical discussions with multiple potential customers and answered their questions about product technical specifications, installation methods and application fields. Many customers have recognized the comprehensive solutions we provide after communicating with our technical team. Such technical exchanges help improve customers' understanding of WEIZIDOM products and increase trust in cooperation.

Customer visits and project follow-up after the exhibition

After the exhibition was successfully concluded, WEIZIDOM did not stop, but immediately started a two-week visit to new and old customers. This visit is not only a follow-up on potential cooperation opportunities during the exhibition, but also an important opportunity for us to have in-depth communication with our long-term partners.

WEIZIDOM visited more than 30 local customers on the spot, covering large production factories, small and medium-sized processing and assembly enterprises, government project undertaking customers, distribution wholesalers and equipment supporting companies, etc. Through in-depth face-to-face communication, WEIZIDOM learned that customers highly affirmed the quality of its products, and unanimously believed that at a lower price, they purchased products of better quality than local products.

Support and trust from old customers

During the visit, we focused on visiting several major old customers in Mexico. These customers are mainly project-oriented dealers and engineering contractors. Old customers have always spoken highly of WEIZIDOM's products. They not only recognize the superior performance of our products, but are also satisfied with the full range of technical support and after-sales services we provide during project execution.

Through further communication with old customers, WEIZIDOM gained a detailed understanding of their actual needs and problems encountered during project execution, and proposed practical solutions to these problems. Such communication not only enhances customers' confidence in WEIZIDOM, but also further deepens the cooperative relationship between us and customers.

Customer feedback and market signals

Through this exhibition and customer visits, WEIZIDOM received positive feedback from customers. Both old and new customers have spoken highly of the quality of our products and services. Especially in a rapidly developing market like Mexico, customers are increasingly demanding high-performance and durable valve products, and WEIZIDOM has seized this market opportunity through continuous technological innovation and keen insight into the market.

During the exhibition and during our visits, we found that more and more customers want to establish long-term cooperative relationships with us. This trend shows that the Mexican market's recognition of the WEIZIDOM brand is constantly increasing, and it also shows that our products have broad market prospects in this region.
